I Have Full Custody But My Coparent Claimed My Son

Hi so I(24 F) have full physical custody of our son, there’s a court order and everything . My taxes were rejected because, my son’s father claimed him already. I have already reapplied, resubmitted the court order, and all supporting documents. Now just waiting to hear back, it’s under review for 90 days. For starters we have had multiple disagreements about taxes, and I have stood on the fact that he’s not present nor provides although he thinks otherwise. He has my son one weekend a month and it’s been like that even before the court order. All the court order did was write what was happening on paper and he lost custody. I’ve told him many times no you can’t claim him and have explained why. He completely disregards me, cherry on top is that his dad is his tax preparer and he lives in Florida.

What can I do? What are my options? It’s always something and he wasn’t helping financially, since march he’s been helping conveniently after he filed and received the refund. He’s on vacation as I type this. Meanwhile I’m struggling, our sons been sick on and off two months and i run a business and attend college classes, I’ve had to cancel and reschedule clients and miss out on classes to be home with my son because he can’t go to school. I’ve asked him multiple times to take off or free his schedule to stay with him so I can work or go to school and nothing not even on his days off. This last weekend he had our son was the first weekend he was alone without his mom and had no food at home just arguing with me the whole weekend that’s supposed to be my off weekend. I went to his house twice in the 3 days he had him for the month. It’s draining I’m tired. I haven’t confronted him because 1. I know it’s him no one else has my sons social and 2. I’m tired of the arguing. I’d rather take a legal route. Which is why I kept our same agreement just out some titles on it and officialize it and he hated it but didn’t even fight me. My son is three is that matters. We’ve been separated since he was months old, I’ve been on my own no support no nothing for two years. I don’t ask, I don’t bother I don’t anything, I don’t say no to him seeing the baby he just doesn’t ask or initiate.
