Daycare Not Feeding My Son

Hi! I enrolled my son in daycare one day a week to get him used to going because I go to school full time this summer. he’s only gone 3 times and the last two times I noticed he would be starving when I picked him up. I also barely got access to the Procare app because I complained that it took them 3 weeks to give me access, as well as the door code. The day I got access I check it and see those two days he was starving, there’s no documentation of them giving my 21 month old anything past 11am. I pick him up around 4:30-5pm. So I ask for clarification, if they document everything even if a child refuses food. Food is included in the daycare price. They swear everything is documented, even if the child refuses food. So then I ask why two days in a row there’s no evidence of my son eating for about 5 hours? The response was oh maybe someone forgot to document.

I of course withdrew my child as I can no longer trust their quality of care. I also forgot to mention when I complained that I didn’t have the door code the owner attempted to lie and said she gave my husband the door code. My husband was sitting next to me listening and interjected making it clear he also has never received the door code. Overall I feel like they will lie to cover themselves and I am disturbed by this. Is there anything I can do? do I file a report of some sort?
