I Haven't Gone To School In 3 Weeks And The Principal Called My Mom Saying The Police Would Come Check On Us On Monday, Will She Go To Jail?

Location: Florida. Im 16 years old, I haven't been able to go to school for over 3 weeks, a lot of things have happened. Ive become depressed and anxious. I never had trouble going to school till I got this huge lack of motivation for even simple things as eating. Being with my mom is psychologically and emotionally exhausting and harming, even if she "doesn't mean to" or "she's just looking out for me". Ive tried to go to school on my own account but every time the bus gets near I have a full on panic attack to the point I hyperventilate and cry, I don't know why if going to school wasn't a problem before. My mom tried to schedule meeting with the principal so we can go together and talk it out but her workplace hasn't given her permission to leave early. Now we are here in this situation. I might have to add that she married my step-father, he groomed me and SA'd me since I was 8-15. I got the courage to tell my mother last year and we moved out to live in another apartment, but she told me not to tell anyone what has happened. I just want to know what to do. She says she's going to turn herself in and I honestly, would just like to know how to continue with my life. My main questions are if I would have to stay with her anyway, if she does get arrested, now what? I just want to adapt. I have a work permit, resume ready, I would just like to prepare for any scenario, I would really appreciate any advice.
