I Was Told Id Get Arrested For Seeking Help.

so for context, i protected myself from my rapist, he cut himself then framed me for it, getting me arrested. the cops, blamed all signs of the abuse on me because "autistic people self harm a lot" and they obviously turned off their body cams bc they do not show how i was treated. no, they did not do any tests for DNA.

recently i applied for a program that gives free therapy for SA victims, despite being told by cops that day that if i sought help or resources they'd arrest me for fraud and if i spoke to anyone about being sexually abused or tried filing counter charges, id be arrested. i asked a corrections officer and was handed a pamphlet to get this type of therapy and was told by them "[insert jurisdiction] cops are r******d and you can go above them." I also heard from others that cops in my municipality tell that to victims they dont believe regularly.

Can I be arrested for seeking out resources and therapy for sexual abuse faced if cops don't believe it happened? Could I be arrested for pressing counter charges?
