I Worked For A Horrible Company! What Should I Do?

What should I do? I once worked for a life insurance company in Alabama. I stupidly didn't read my contract. My boss at my location made me to come in at specific times on specific days to do specific tasks. This was confirmed by his boss one day when I went to talk to him. (I recorded the whole conversation.) On my contract I was listed as a 1090, meaning I was an independent contractor and as such I did not have to give them any account of my time and they could not legally micromanage me. To make matters worse, my boss would regularly forge signatures for the insured if they were not present when the payor was setting everything up. He would also have someone else to do the tobacco swab test if they were not present. He even would write policies for people who smoked marijuana and would put it down as tobacco instead. I have a picture of one of his forged signatures. He would also have clients to sign a document if their coverage was reduced due to something the underwriters found, but the premium would stay the same, and he would not inform the clients of this. I informed the agency owner of his illegal practices, but when it came to the marijuana, she stated that yes, that is how we do it. (I recorded that call.) When I informed her that it is an illegal substance in Alabama and that by law we can't do that, she stumbled with her words a bit and then stated that "Well, we shouldn't be doing that." To make matters worse, I had a female coworker who was being SEVERELY sexually harassed and even stalked by a potential client. The boss told her she had to go to see him anyway. We were riding together that day and I didn't know all the details about the situation. He was not home, so we left. After we got back in my truck she told me the rest of the details and I told her that she was NOT going back to see him, that I don't care WHAT the boss says! She was so shaken that we stopped by my house so she could talk to my wife to calm her down since she had been in a similar situation. After calming down, she call my boss's boss and told him of the incident who then informed her that she would definitely NOT see that man and that he would have a talk with my boss. The next day, my boss claimed that his boss was pulling me off the road for more training. Looking back, that was likely a lie. It RUINED me just as I was starting to make money and build my clientele. I lost $1,600 commissions over that and never recovered. He then started making me come in to do extra hours and tasks to help him recruit new people for no extra pay. Eventually after working my butt off for this man, I noticed on payday that I DID NOT GET PAYED!!! He had not put one single sale on me after all my work. I confronted him about it and he just studdered a bit and asked did I make any sales to which I replied that it is hard to keep up with my sales and clients when I am in the car with multiple people running multiple appointments instead of being on my own. I was so mad that I had a headache for 2 days! I went in the next day, but never went back after that, just ghosted management, but never actually quit. I also had commissions being held from Georgia until I received my Georgia license. I finally received it 5 days before they terminated my contract and they refused to pay them to me. Also during my time working there I ran across MULTIPLE clients whose policies were messed up, and when I personally dealt with corporate, they were so sloppy that it was not even laughable, but was more disgusting than anything. My wife called to cancel her policies because they were not drafting them from her bank when they were supposed to and would even stretch it over multiple days, causing her overdraft fees that would often exceed the cost of the policies. I told her ahead of time that they would screw it up. Lo and behold, they cancelled 3 of them and changed the other 3 to paper statements. She let them lapse, which I am pretty sure hurt her credit, but she was DONE with them.
