Please Help! Best Buy Stole My Brand New Iphone!!!!!

Kalispell MT I bought a new iPhone Air, but unfortunately, it was damaged the same day. To explain, I was working in my front yard, and the phone fell out of my pocket just before my worker arrived on a backhoe, running over it. Luckily, I had full coverage on the phone, which eased my worry because I knew I could get it replaced if needed. I scheduled service at the nearest Apple authorized repair shop, which was Best Buy. I was happy to find out they accept repair jobs and felt confident leaving the phone with them to be shipped to the Apple Store, which was quite a distance away. After a week, I called to see if the phone had been returned from Apple. The staff at Best Buy told me they couldn't find the order and needed to look into it further. I explained that I had brought in my damaged phone and that a service agent—whose name I prefer not to share—had submitted an order for a replacement due to severe damage. I have proof of this, including the order details, the agent’s name, and the claim status. There seemed to be some miscommunication, as they blamed Apple, and when I contacted Apple, they blamed Best Buy. I politely asked that if they have the replacement in stock, they could just give me one. Best Buy refused and insisted that Apple is responsible. Ugh, where the heck is my property, and why is this happening? What can I do to get my phone back?!
