Internet Stalked

I am a 25 year old woman. I recently married my husband back in May. My brother in law has been dating this girl for the last 3 or so years — when they first got together, her and I became friends. There was a misunderstanding and we had a falling out (October 2024). She ended the friendship and blocked me on Facebook where we did not speak or have contact for a year and a half. After some time, I noticed her tik tok profile showing up in my profile views every week or so. I had heard from my husband that she told my brother in law she felt bad about ending our friendship over the misunderstanding. So I reached out to her (June 2025) to apologize for my end in the situation. I told her we didn’t have to be friends or anything, I just wanted things to not be awkward during the holidays and whatnot. This, for whatever reason, completely enraged her. I did not reach back out again. Fast forward to earlier this year (around January 2026). She is checking my tik tok profile daily — from her real account. I am getting a huge influx of fake Facebook friend requests, some with crude names such as “Dixon Myaz”, and my niece (brother in law’s teenage daughter, who is also involved in our falling out) is getting friend requests from the same accounts. We know it’s her, but I really have no way to prove it. Here is my concern — this girl is involved with some REALLY sketchy people. Fraudsters, scammers, drug dealers, you name it, she’s involved with it. I want no contact with her. Brother in law will do nothing about this. He is scared of her and honestly does not care if people are affected by his actions (or lack thereof). Is there anything I can legally do about getting her to stop? I have blocked 20+ fake Facebook accounts, and she stalks my tik tok nonstop when my husband is out of town, which makes me afraid she is planning to do something harmful to me and my son when he is gone (brother in law and husband work together). I have random cars pulling into my driveway, I just don’t know how I can prove it’s all her, though I know my intuition is right. So far I have just deleted all of my social media so she has nothing to stalk.

Edit to clarify: I am NOT retaliating in this stalking. I do not go on her tik tok profile ever. I do not stalk her social media, i have kept the tik tok profile unblocked ONLY to know which facebook accounts belong to her. Because if I get a friend request she will quickly check my tik tok off of her account, seemingly to let me know it’s her. It is being done from a place of malice to make me uncomfortable, and I am at a loss.

Second edit to add: it seems somebody got the impression I am going to go to the police and tell them “I know it’s her because of my Intuition” I know the police need evidence, ha! So I guess the question here is how can I establish a pattern/obtain proof so that I can move forward with legal options, and what are those options if I am able to obtain proof.
