Haven't Been Paid For 50 Hours Of Work And About To Be Homeless
TDLR All of my coworkers quit and my role became irrelevant, but I haven't wuit or been fired. I haven't been paid in months and my employer is ignoring me.

Hello all. I worked for a local restaurant earlier this year and only received pay for my first couple weeks there. The kitchen staff all quit in may because they were not being paid, so my role as dishwasher became unneeded. The owner told me he'd keep me updated but he hasn't given me any information. I haven't been paid for 50 hours that I worked and is dodging my calls and texts. I saw on Facebook that he has some deal with another business here allowing them to operate in his building.(Another restaurant business.)
What can I do? Devils advocate says once he gets paid from hosting this other restaurant he'll reach out, but I'll be homeless next month as I've been able to get by on savings and gig work, but with or without that check I'm screwed. I would just prefer to be screwed and actually have some money to get by.
