Intoxalock Server Failure
Does anyone know what a guy/gal can do in kansas if they have an ignition interlock device from intoxalock? Currently they told the customers there is a cyberattack that affected their servers and ability to operate day to day operations. I want to make sure i am protected that way I stay in compliance. I am supposed to get the device out in May. I tried calling the state(drivers solutions) no answer given an what this will affect, i tried contacting the local county attorneys office trying to notify them of the situation (they didn't want want to step in this shit pile, presumably because they dont want to help a "drunk", and presumably because there is no criminal action they see no potential to throw people in jail which is basically their job), i tried contacting the state vendor oversight committee and only got a message machine. This feels like its a big deal and the only people talking about it are the people that have the devices in their vehicle. I've used gemini to try and help me with some guidance on what to do, it has been helpful but the people that I am contacting are very unhelpful.
