Is Ex Harassing Me Or Attempting To Intimidate A Witness(me) After He Committed A Crime Against Me And A Family Member? Do I Need To Inform The Investigator And Dhs?

Location: oklahoma. I don’t want to get too into details but 2 weeks ago I was completing a custody drop off with a family member at my exes house. Long story short, things became physical. A bone was broken along with other injuries. Police were called. And my ex is now being investigated for CA and DV. Daughter was also included in this tussle and was hurt. I’ve been instructed by both the police and DHS(department of human services) to cease all visits. My ex LOATHES this.
I am now getting multiple multiple texts and calls a day from him, emails, video calls. Some even from random numbers. It all includes dialogue like this:
-“I didn’t do anything wrong. You lied to the police and told them I broke her finger but you are a pathological liar that's for sure.” He then tells me I need to drop the case. For reference, the police and DHS have the xray results so they’re not going off of my word.
-“So you have to rip it away from our daughter because you're a dangerous psychopathic narcissist”
-“It's not against the law for my daughter to see me and I never broke any rules or hurt her in a bad way” this is in reference to him wanting me to break the DHS and police guidelines and allow her to see him.
-“You don't know what you're doing by keeping her away from me like this. It's bad for both of us”
-“Being christ-like and empathetic is hard for narcissistic people who are evil, but you can learn”
-“I've paid you for September child support. I'm current. I'm ahead. I see our daughter often. You lied to the cops. Say I only see them 4 hours a week. You're a pathological liar”
-he also keeps calling me names and telling me what I bad mom I am, that I should be grateful and allow him to see her since he’s current on child support and I’m a liar.
Over and over and over again. All day long. I’m not even responding and I’ll get 20 text messages in less than 10 minutes. I keep getting calls from random numbers and text messages.
ATP, do I need to contact the police to even start a paper trail? When does this become harassing?
