Is This Harassment? Arizona

Card image cap

Location: Arizona

I became friends with a coworker (1). Things got out of hand and while we were at their home, we slept together one time. I didn't realize they were in a relationship/3some situationship with the boss(2) & other coworker(3). It is to the point that 1 is now living with 2&3. When I found out about the situationship, I stopped everything with 1.

I told a person that I work with about it and it got out. 1 threatened me (specifically "count your f* days" and "I'm coming after you" via text).

2, boss, gave me a paper stating that I need to uphold to the code of ethics provided in contract and that me sharing personal information violated that code of ethics (information about 2&3 specifically). The boss said that "there will be no retaliation on either end."

(3 has a habit of verbally attacking other coworkers...I am worried about that person attacking me. They have stared at me and given me dirty faces, but has done nothing physically or verbally to me. They tried to run down my friend and her 9yr old child at a grocery store.)

I shared with the bosses, including 2 and others, and stated that I do not feel safe and shared audio recording of someone going into my office and the screenshots of the threat. My big boss is trying to get 2&3 to leave earlier than planned.

1 continued to work until they were let go last week. (I had to talk to the company's lawyers)

Fast forward to today. I got several calls/texts/voicemails on my personal phone, emails on my work email, from 3 different moving companies... something I haven't looked up.

I made a video saying I do not plan on leaving my country, family, or job and that if "I go missing" I didn't. I am honestly worried for my safety.

I feel like this could be considered harassment. It is a TOXIC work environment. 2 & 3 are all moving away at the end of the summer...we just have to get through the next few months. What steps do I have to make them stop messing with me? Is there any legal jargon that would prick up their HR ears?
