Late Uncle's Roommate Trying To Claim Ownership Of His House On Property I Own.

Location: Brazoria County, Texas

The title sums it up well, my uncle passed a week ago and he lived in a trailer on property that ownership of is split between him, me, me sister, and mother. He had a friend living with him who has been there roughly 4 or 5 years, but no longer than 6 maximum. He was not renting a room or anything like that, he just stayed there. I told the friend that he had a week or so to get all of his things out of the house and figure out what the next steps for him are, and today he posted this note on the door quoting Texas Property Code 92.0081 as giving him legal right to take ownership of the house. As fast as I can tell, he has absolutely zero legitimate claim here, but wanted advice and insights from folks who have studied this or have gone through something like this before. If it means anything or gives me other routes or options, my uncle was a tweaker and so is his roommate.

EDIT: can I legally enter the house to search for my uncle's will? And what do I do if he changed the locks, is that something he's legally allowed to do as a tenant?
