Mag-moss

Card image cap

I unfortunately have a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid that I bought new at the end of 2019. It was a great vehicle until they did the 73B recall for battery fires. Ever since they performed this recall, the van has had a complete communication breakdown of the hybrid system. There are numerous communication errors, 7 service visits, and 250+ days (and counting) out of service. They have not provided a lasting repair. I get check engine lights, service hybrid and numerous other dashboard warnings. The latest dealership visit had about 45 DTC codes, 23 active. They have replaced a ton of components in the hybrid system including: abs module, 12v battery, wiring, canbus, battery coolant heater, transmission drive motors and reducers, 400v battery, and under hood wiring harness. It's currently back at the dealership. I tried to find a lemon law attorney, it's obviously past state time frames. I still have factory hybrid, high voltage battery, and emissions warranties. All components have been fixed under those existing warranties. Does anyone know of a path forward, or any lawyers that take federal magnussen moss cases.

Thanks
