Mother Fraudulently Switched My Half-sister And My Identity

I have discovered that I am really my younger sister. I am actually two years younger than I was told. My identity has been switched from my sister. My sister found out through 23andMe that our father wasn’t her father. She must have confronted our mother and is blackmailing her with the information. I suppose my mother did this for two reasons: 1. To confuse the bio dads by mixing up our birthdates to muddy the waters in the 70’s. She didn’t know then that DNA tests would blow back later. 2. My older sister was developmentally delayed. So, I was put two years ahead in school because I was academically advanced and tested as gifted even though I was already in class with children two years ahead of my age. My mom was ashamed of my sister (mom’s Narcissistic) and hid my sister’s disability by swapping us. Then everything would appear normal and reflect better on her.

I remember playing a game about swapping the two daughters, meaning as a preschooler, I still remembered that it happened. I remember that my grandmother overheard our game and phoned my mother and said “She knows about it.” I also remembered having an older sister and always wondered what happened to her and why nobody talked about her. Well, simple: she is my “younger” sister, apparently. I was clearly confused as a child. I’m concerned because “I” was cut out of my parents’ will. However, I am my sister, meaning that she was. However, there is no means to be clear about the intention. If both parents were to die, was I going to be told that I am really my sister? Or was I really cut out? Were they going to take it to the grave?

My father often implied that I was not his daughter. Now, I am unsure if he knew? Complicating things is the fact that he was on heroine when we were young and he would have been easily manipulated by my mother. He was also in dental school and starting a business and never home. Also why she was likely living a double life and having an affair and illegitimate child.

I don’t care about the will or money. I do want to know if and possibly why my identity was changed and why I was lied to an about my age aside from the obvious reasons. I also want protection against my sister who may attempt to steal my identity and my separate social security and funds, which I have earned legitimately along with university degrees. She is criminal and has a pattern of theft and manipulation that makes it a real possibility that she would attempt it. She has already lied to the court authorities in order to slander my character and have my children removed from my custody along with my mother. Part of my need is to prove my identity and character, regain custody of my kids and set the record straight for us.

In cases of fraud like this, I want a legal counsel able to require DNA testing and age identification in order to address that our birth order and identity was altered.
