My Aunt Stole My Inheritance And Has Pretended To Be My Dead Mother The Past 3 Years

Location: North Carolina.I live in NC I have been homeless after I lost my car. I have been struggling. I got stabbed and was in the hospital. I thought it was strange my mother didn't call and even after asking her why in email she wouldn't call me. She had suddenly cut her phone off a few weeks before. A little background I had TBI which severly affected my memory after getting attacked on the street. Anyways my mother used to send me money at the first of the month and the 15th and would help me out when she could. That had all stopped the last few years and she only sent a $100 on the first and was saying she couldnt do that anymore. My TBI started getting a little better so I started picking up on things like my mother always made an excuse why she couldn't call me. I have not been invited to Christmas the last few years. I finally said in email this can't be my mother. I get a call from my uncle and aunt. They are brother and sister. My mom lives with my aunt. She calls and says my mother died on February 23, 2023. She has been sending me money through her bank account. I asked how she was doing this she said she would put money in her account for me. They said they would help me she said she was going to send a plane for me about 5 years ago I went to go visit them because they live near Tampa, Florida. She made sure I have my boarding pass and all this before I got on at the time I had my vehicle. This time I didn't they said they were going to help me they said to leave everything I had behind and they would buy me all new things. She never even sent me a boarding pass the day I was supposed to be there she called and asked me why I wasn't at boarding. I told her because I told you I didn't have enough money to get there and you're going to have to help me get there and in the same call like she'd already planned it she said oh I'm having your Uncle David come to get you I had a bad feeling that morning when I woke up I believe they might have been trying to hurt me. I was never able to reach them again on the phone and she started trying to pretend to be my mother again. I'm still homeless I live in North Carolina they live in Florida what can I do? She never had a funeral for my mother or an obituary? What can I do?
