My Bf Of 8yrs Cheated On Me, Can He Get Full Custody And Kick Me Out The House We Shared?

Bf (26m) left me and our 3 kids for an older woman from his workplace. He got terminated from his job of 8 years, for what he told me was because of something his manager told him to do but didn't do it in time. I had a gut feeling and went through his phone, and out he'd been trying to get with someone girl the whole time and was telling everyone we were divorced. No, we weren't married, but we addressed ourselves to everyone as husband and wife because we were working on it.

He said he wants to be with her even though she has 4 kids of her own. He has a new job 4 hours away, he doesn't see our kids and refuses to babysit so "I can't go out" because he's worried I will find someone which is crazy. he does pay the rent still, but that's about it. He won't buy our kids new shoes because he feels they don't need them, he hasn't maintained the house or helped pitch in money for pest control because we have a mouse problem, the kids cant even play outside because the grass is too long and he won't come by and help.

I feel stuck here with nowhere to go. He promised to get me a car but refuses now to do so, I have no choice but to be a stay at home mom right now. I can't put the kids in day care because he refuses to pay for insurance for our kids and daycare and has told me to figure it out, which i am. He won't let me go out or help me take care of the kids so I can't get a job right now or at least go out and get air because the last time i tried walking our kids to their appointments he talked down on me and told me i was putting them in danger, that i should have called his mother and brother..that i did but no response so i did what i had too..so im worried he'll take everything away

he's told me he's gone to strip clubs and bars and constantly gets drunk out there, btw which I feel like he tells me to get a reaction out of me, but I don't care

Im worried he might try for full custody if I go out or he sees me out with someone else. I don't know what to do. im so scared it feels like he has control over me still. He's also been abusive taking my phone and deleting the times he would come over at night in the beginning. He's threatened that if he takes the kids, he would just have his mom watch them, so he is just doing everything out of spite.
