My Boss Is Policing My Bathroom Use
Hi, this is my first post on reddit but im not sure where to turn I'm hoping people here can give me some advice I haven't thought of yet. Sadly im in a horribly stupid situation with my work, 2 times in the last week my supervisor has texted me asking where I am while im in the bathroom (both times i had been in there less than 5 minutes). This is not the first time she has pulled stunts like this and I am a frequent target. I texted her as I wanted it in writing asking her for the company's bathroom policy so I could read it and make sure I was following it and she texted back saying I have a HR meeting next week now. Im guessing this is a scare tactic as she has done this before. My question is what do I say and do in this meeting? What are my rights in regards to all this? I know they plan to try to intimidate me in this meeting and I want to be ready to respond in a way that makes it hard to do. Any advice appreciated.
