My Ex And His Sister Is Refusing To Pay Their Phone Bill And They Are Refusing To Pay The Remaining Balance What Do I Do?

so when my ex and i were together i added him and his sister to my phone plan and since we’ve split up we’ve agreed to just keep paying off the phone until it’s payments are up . his current gf has asked me to text her whenever i needed something instead of him which i have respected. they told me last month they were moving so they would need to take the wifi with them so i contacted her today asking what their new address would be and she tells me to cancel it. i proceed to ask her if she was going to transfer the phones to a different account or if she would like to cancel them and pay the remaining amount and she tells me she is going to give them back to me because they cannot afford it . i get upset and tell her she can still transfer them to someone’s account and continue paying them off there and she leaves me on delivered. i double texted and said “ you know what thats fine “and i wanted the phones and the router back and she has yet to answer what can i do?
