My Ex Husband Has Me Active On His Medical Insurance To Monitor Me-how And What Can I Do? Tx

I only know this because he sent a screenshot of our kids claim from the bcbs app and a claim for me was processing. I called bcbs (I have a separate bcbs plan) thinking it was an IT glitch and they said no he has an active plan with you as a dependent. He’s going to act like it’s a mistake and he just didn’t know, but I know that’s not true. I had to get a protective order against him and there is a stay away injunction in our divorce. He has serious mental health concerns that have unfortunately resulted in repeated periods of supervised visitation and I truly mean serious safety concerns that are only stable on medication. He knows I have ptsd from living with him and I think he’s monitoring me to use it against me someday or he’s just enjoying tracking my health. For a while he had an old phone of mine after we separated and watched everything I did. No one would ever do anything about it because it was all “civil” issues. So what even do I do about this? I already called bcbs and requested private communications but they said they can’t remove me from the policy that I’m on fraudulently until his employer informs them. I sent the divorce and they said they still couldn’t do anything. Isn’t this a privacy violation? Location: Texas
