My Family Took My Property But I'm Underage.

Hello, my name is Anjel.

I’m 15, location: Colorado. I have a problem with my grandma regarding a piece of property that I purchased with my own money that I got from selling some of my own items. I moved in with her a few months ago because of some personal issues and everything was going mostly fine until she took my ps5 away from me for seemingly no reason. For around 2-3 months I haven’t been able to use it or play on it at all. Just recently she kicked me out of her house, but gave my ps5 to her boyfriend so he can “hold it”. She says that it was taken as a form of discipline, yet when I ask her what I did wrong she refuses to tell me. I'm doing good in school, I’m helping around the house, and I've been trying to be on my absolute best behavior. Because I bought it with my own money I would like it back, and feel like she has no right to take it from me. She's in Denver and I'm in Colorado Springs. Is there legally anything I can do to get my game back? I don’t want to press charges because I don't want my family to get in trouble but I am thinking about talking to non-emergency police because I just want them to give me my games back.
