My Lawyer Forgot About My Restraining Order Hearing On 3/10

Apparently lawyer only (to my mind) seemes to heavily imply that she was doing it, referring to talking to the judge about it if she happened to be in court and such. I didnt realize I needed to separately ask her to take on the case. So thats why she didnt know about it. I also emailed the paralegal about the hearing and such a few times and she never answered.

I thought it was settled and we were working together but I didnt understand how it worked. She doesnt have interest in understanding how things come off as a lay person

I dont know how to explain this to the judge, that she and I miscommunicated about that she was going to be here? Im afraid that might backfire and she come back to defend herself lol

A lawyer agreed to help me but says she forgot about the hearing. She says she doesnt usually do those anyway and it is best to be pro se anyways due to cost. My ex has a lawyer for it, though. My lawyer doesnt have time to do it anymore, she is in hot water from a bad paralegal.

I had been asking if she wanted me to prep everything but she never got back about it.

I am not sure if I should try to scramble to represent myself (I am very busy), or ask for a contiance and go from there. Either have more time to be pro se or get some new help.

Help appreciated.

One issue is I have a lot of evidence it is hard to know how much to include
