My Mom Is Trying To Get A Restraining Order Against My Fiance And Alr Has A Temporary Injunction

tw - r-pe, abuse, harassment, etc.

okay, so I’m 17, my fiance is 18

i have 7 siblings,

A - 19 boy

B - 18 boy

C.- 14 boy

D - 11 boy

E - 9 boy

F - 5 boy

G - 4 girl

so B repeatedly r-ped me since I was rly little

I was about six when I realized “oh this is not okay“ and when I was eight I told my mom, even tho I was scared and knew she wouldn’t do anything and even tho I now know its not my fault, I’m ashamed of it and still feel guilty, like what if I’d fought harder?

ive told my mom several more times over the years, and she is aware of it, yet does nothing. she would not separate us and refuses to help me get a restraining order against him.

C has also put his hand between my legs and been saying the craziest shit like “hail Jeffery Epstein“ “ hail hitler” “I’m gonna r-pe you” etc

I asked M (my fiance) to call DCF in May

they left me there up until last Friday

teo weeks ago, on sunday night, i went to the sheriff’s house cuz I felt unsafe, and the police were calle again (theyve been called SEVERAL times along w dcf since May

the police took me to the station at abt seven thirty pm, and I got back at about two am, and C had been removed from the home

B was removed abt a month ago

I tried talking to an attorney but no one will talk to me as I am a minor

my caseworker said I can’t get a guardian ad litem bcuz my parents still technically have custody for now

my and D, E, F, G are staying with a friend whom dcf cleared bcuz there was a forensic interview on friday and immediately decided to remove us from our parents

the reason she got a temporary injunction against my fiance is in retaliation for him calling dcf

idk what to do, im sorry this is such a mess lmk if you need me to clarify anything

I js need help fighting the restraining order against my fiance and keep B & C away
