My Mom Is Trying To Kick Me Out W My Bf Even Though The House Isn’t Under Her Name

Location: California

So me and my bf live w my mom. Along with another roommate who we’re friends with.

Here’s our billing situation,

Me and my boyfriend pays 675

My roommate pays me and my boyfriend 400 (my mom said since it’s my friend I control his situation)

Then I give the 200 out of the 400 to my mom because my mom technically wants 875 from me and my boyfriend but accept his 200 to even it out.

And then We all split utilities

Background info: me and my mom got into a altercation about something happening IN MY life that was gonna be LIFE ALTERING and she disagreed with my decision and now she is mad at everyone and wants to kick me, my boyfriend and our friend (who wasn’t even involved) and told us we had 30-60 days to get out.

The house isn’t even in my mother’s name, she and my aunt inherited it from my grandma when she passed and my mom kept the house for us to move into (me and my sister at the time) but all the utilities are under her name (I know all her logins so ive paid for utilities under my card)

I just want to know our options and what we can say or do to protect ourselves from getting kicked out

If I need to explain the contexts of the situation if it’ll help in any legal way but as of now it’s a very personal thing to talk about.
