My Neighbors Steal My Packages/doordash, What Should I Do?
Location: Indiana. So my next door neighbors have stolen door dash orders of mine that were delivered incorrectly though they have my name and address on them. Luckily with those they submit photos of the delivery and I can get a refund, but today ups delivered a package to their house. I watched the driver park and deliver it. I then asked the neighbor if he received a package with my name on it today and he said let me check and then said no!! The only thing is my boyfriend actually put the wrong address on this package when he ordered it???? but it still had my name. I’m wondering if since he put their address by accident if anything can be done about it although it was my name, my boyfriend also emailed the company immediately after ordering to let them know he put the wrong address. I’m just tired of this guy stealing my stuff and lying about it.
EDIT: this is the first time we’ve accidentally put the wrong address on a package before, they’ve stolen others delivered incorrectly with all the correct info so this was just a recipe for disaster and of course they stole it.
