My Parents Are Giving Up On My Aunt With Dementia, Is There Any Thing I Can Do

I (22FtM) just received a call from my mom (56F) and dad (64M) that they are taking their name off of all of the deeds and titles to my elderly great aunt (83F), including bills and more. They are removing them tomorrow with their lawyer, and advised I do the same due to her recent outburst.

My great aunt has dementia, I can't remember the correct name of it, but the tiny blood vessels in her brain are hardening and making it hard for her to remember. She has two Caretakers provided by the state, but only 19 hours in total split between them, not including nights. She is a fall risk, as is one more strike before being taken away by the state.

They pay her bills, her property taxes, and she only had living rights for close to 14 years after her husband passed away. She is completely dependent on them, but her mind makes her forget and she has only recently started to lash out at them as her mind has gotten worse.

The worst part is they aren't putting her in a nursing home. When I said they should have years ago so she can be treated properly, they refused, and now are leaving her with the inability to pay her bills, groceries, and more.

They are making her caretakers do it and leaving her to the state, and in doing so, is losing the house I grew up in. My aunt was more of a mom then my actual mom ever has (they are truck drviers and never home to begin with), and I'm trying to see if there is any way I can help her. I don't know who to contact for a nursing home, or how to help keep the property.

In her living will, the house and land was meant for them, but now without them, I'm not sure if it would go to me or be put up for grabs. It's good land, people will want it. It was meant to go to me after my parent's were to pass, but that would be with their will and not hers.

I'm sorry if any of this is hectic or poorly formatted and worded, I'm still trying to process this information and I don't know where to even begin in trying to help her.
