My Pedophile Uncle Who Isn’t Allowed On Social Media, Has Been Using My Grandfathers Phone Since He Passed.

I don’t really know if this is the right place to post this, but my Uncle got charged in 2013 with multiple charges from having sexual relationships with 2 different girls, a 14 and 15 year old, these charges include (but not limited to):

Internet Luring,

Possession of Child Pornography,

Multiple charges of sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching.

Due to these charges now that he’s out, I believe he’s allowed very limited access to technology, he’s allowed a cellphone of course, but isn’t allowed on social media based on my knowledge.

My grandfather (his father) passed away in Dec 2024 since then he has been paying my grandfathers cellphone bill, I always see him on facebook on weekdays, to my knowledge he keeps the phone in his work truck, because his girlfriend caught him cheating before, so he keeps it in there, and whenever he’s at work or not with her, he can use it whenever, and my biggest fear is if he’s talking to minors.

I honestly do not know what to do, I feel like its not my place to say anything or its none of my business, but at the same time, I know he is not allowed on social media due to risk of reoffending, and I know he is using a dead mans device, accounts and name, to cheat on his girlfriend and possibly worse, groom children.

Should I go to the police for this? Its the right thing to do even though i’m not positive whats going on, right?
