My Roommate Is Violent
my roommate is a violent drunk and has been for a while. i’ve know her for a long time and she wasn’t like this but her drinking has been out of hand recently. I have many videos of her being violent and many people who can vouch for this. We recently, this week, had to call the cops on her for being drunk and violent because she kept trying to fight us physically because we wouldn’t let her keep taking shots. Anyway, i’m going to talk to the landlord to get her evicted but is there anything else i can do or should do to get her to leave?
location: las vegas, nevada
update: talked to my landlord and all they said was that we can get her evicted 30-60 days before our lease is up but our lease is up in 4 months. I don’t want to wait a minimum of 2 months to get her out of here because it’s an unsafe and hostile environment for us to live in.
btw: she also has a cat illegally in the home (not sure if that helps my case to get her to move out at all but would like to throw it out there lol)
