My Sister Is Ripping Me Off

Location: Arizona. In early 2025 my sister and I decided to create a joint business. She had some assets, but no money. I had assets, and brought in over $80,000. We both had Facebook pages for our own personal businesses, but decided to use hers because she also had a website page started. I came with $50,000 cash, and the rest I had to take out of 401ks. As this was my retirement plan, That was my excuse to go into my 401K. My sister never matched a single dollar in capital. All of my Capital paid for our house, our personal living situation, our dogs which were our business and her horses which were her personal business, which never brought any money in, and if it did I never saw a dime. Quickly my $80,000 disappeared and I had to start putting everything on credit cards. Now I have about $45,000 in credit card debt, no cash, no retirement, and she is stealing all my sweet babies. She attacked me in early May she choked me, threw coffee at me. And then throughout the next few days said that she was definitely not sorry and that she wish she had laid me down worse and beat me till I couldn't stand up. I spent the entire summer caring for all of her horses, all of her dogs and all of my dogs completely on my own while being locked out of our business accounts so I could not make any income, while she left the state for 3 months, My credit cards greatly increased during this time. Recently she filed a bunch of false accusations on an order of protection and had me thrown out of the house. Now she is liquidating everything, all of the things that I bought for the farm for her horses for our dogs. Everything liquidating everything that I bought with my cash and with my credit. Most of this I have in text, and video and of course documented statements. I do not want to get back in the house with her, I am terrified. I want to get back in the house to get my dogs. I'd have my moving truck that I've had scheduled since June to come and get my belongings so that I can leave. I've hired a lawyer to fight her order of protection, and to file a cross order of protection. Of that, but I am concerned that she can liquidate absolutely everything so that she doesn't have a dollar to pay me back.
