Am I Required To Accommodate In This Visitation Situation?

Location: New Mexico

I have had primary custody of my 1 year old son for over half his life (7mo). The father has not paid child support though he has been ordered to, is unemployed, effectively homeless and currently in rehab. Before our current agreement the father was scheduled twelve supervised visits which he appeared at five of them. The most current update in our custody agreement is that I have TEMPORARY sole legal and physical custody. The father is at this time granted unsupervised visitation in phases (schedule was made before residence in rehab facility).

Phase 1-monday and tuesday for 2 hours for a 2 month period beginning 7-20-26

Phase 2-monday and tuesday for 4 hours continuing until further notice from the court

We can agree to additional visitation time but if no agreement is in place we are meant to follow this schedule with the father picking up the child from daycare at specified times on Mondays and Tuesdays.

It is also specified that we communicate via an app only through texts and only calls in the event of an emergency and that both parents have age appropriate car seats -I do have a car seat and a vehicle, the father has neither and was ubering to the daycare and hanging out with the child outside (the daycare was concerned about this due to the temperature and offered to have him spend time with the child inside the facility)

Recently the father checked himself into rehab facility 60 miles away and is expecting me to drive once a week for a single hour of visitation. He has offered 20$ compensation for a 120 mile round trip once a week. Am I reasonably required to make this accommodation when the court initially ruled we follow the schedule above with him meeting at the daycare?

This seems unreasonable to me but the court is seemingly offering him grace no matter what his situation has been the past 7 months.

What are my next steps in following up with the court? And in the meantime should I be agreeable and drive my kid 120 miles for a 1 hour visit every week?
