My Tv Got Delivered Broken. Samsung Won't Do Anything.

Hello everyone. I'm super angry and sad. I ordered a 98 inch tv from Samsung site. It got delivered to my house May 30th. It was a super heavy tv and it wasn't until today a friend was free, drive 50 mins and help me mount it. Even takina it out the box was a bit hard. We mounted it with the help of his teen son. When I turned it on it was like this.
I was sad but then angry when Samsung told me 1 had 5 days from delivery to open it. So my window was closed. There's nothing they can do due to policy. Tried talking to supervisor and they just kept saving I should have checked it in 5 davs. I explained that the tv was too heavy to move or even unbox. They didn't care. They won't even file a claim with the delivery people (best buy).
Im hoping vou quys can tell me something positive. There has to be something I can do. I feel I got punched in the stomach all because I wasn't strong enough to lift a 120 pound tv out the box. 5 days seems like a little bit of time for something this big. Even in 7 it at least gives time for someone to help the following weekend. Today was 2 weeks since delivery.
