Need Help With Kicking Someone Out Of My Home.

Card image cap

Location: california.

I (24f) am currently in a situation where i have unwanted guests in my home. Some context, my mother (49) got a bf around 2 years ago now. She asked if she could move him in like 5 months into them dating (even tho she had been ghosted by him like twice before that) and she had been giving him our food as well. We told her no immediately and she threw a little fit and stormed off to her room. My brother and i felt bad soe ofc we gave in. Even tho we obviously werent on board.

He moved in and all his junk came with him, and a couple months later without consulting anyone, his two sons (18 & 16 at the time). Both sons were addicted to heavy shit like fent and im sure some other random things. Theyre loud, they fought, they ate everything and overdosed a couple times. After a verbal fight i had with the older son, i left and didnt come back for the remainder of the last two year. The eldest sone died of an OD a couple months after i left. Moved to my tias, got a job, made enough to move into a house with roommates and then that ended up not working out so i came back home.

I came back and its all the same. Youngest son, always brings random men over and he knocked up some girl and they had a baby. The dad (mom bf) has diabetes and he doesnt make a single penny to support the house even tho he and his son eat everything and have completely trashed the home since theyve arrived.

Now that you know the context, how tf do i get them out of here. I know realistically its to contact my moms friend and have her formally evict them with some papers, i know that. But my mom will never. She would rather risk her and our lives than tell her friend that she let strangers completely destroy her friends home.

I just need some sort of advice. Literally anything at this point.
