Neighbor Is Harassing My Girlfriend, Any Legal Recourse?

UPDATE: Our landlord is livid and thankfully taking this very seriously, we spoke to her on the phone and she is going to speak to him and his wife as soon as she is back in the area. We are going to file a report as well just to document the incident for any future interactions he may have with others and have been informed that he will be evicted if he tried to contact either of us. Thank you to everyone who gave advice we truly were not sure if law enforcement would even allow this to be filed as a report.

Location: Georgia

My girlfriend and I live in a duplex community and have an elderly couple as our neighbors (we are two college aged females for context). We’ve only ever had friendly and brief, if a little strange, interactions with them since they moved in up until today. The husband knocked on our door early this morning and my girlfriend answered the door for him, he asked her if we wanted drinks (presumably for Valentine’s day, this has happened before as they gave us drinks in exchange for some food we cooked them). She was a little caught off guard but told him yes and he walked into his unit next door and tried to get her to follow him. She stood in the doorway as he repeatedly asked her to come inside, she then noticed that he had porn playing on his big tv and he started commenting on her body, asking if she had a boyfriend, etc. At this point she is obviously super freaked out and walks back to our unit, he then comes back over immediately and starts knocking at our door again as she’s recounting what happened. We ignore the knocking at first until he continues for a few more rounds to which she answers and tells him she is getting ready and he needs to leave.

This whole interaction took place in the span of just a few minutes, we texted the landlord just to record the incident but we feel unsafe being next door to him, is there any legal recourse we would be able to take? I’ve briefly looked into if (edit for I guess legal wording) attempting to show pornography unprompted violates any kind of law or lends any ground to at least a protection order or a police report but i’m seeing contradictory information for Georgia specifically. Thank you for any help!
