Grandma Sent Me A Quit Claim Deed, Is She Lying To Steal From Me?

Location: kentucky, me, 22 Location of estate: Georgia, grandma, 74 TLDR: dad and grandpa passed in 23. I got my dad's stuff as a sole heir , she was salty and stole shit with the help of her sister and niece. Now, she wants me to sign a quit claim deed for their house in georgia where she resides so she can put her name on the loan "or the house will go to the state when she dies". She and my grandpa were married but only his name was on the house. Does she actually need a quit claim deed ? Is there any reason i cant be on there too? Or am I signing my inheritance away for her to steal and redesignate? . Long story short, dad died, then grandpa died, grandma lost her marbles and came up here trying to take everything and was upset when I inherited it all (bc I'm his only heir) and stole meaningful shit from me to then give to her greedy sister and niece who egged her on and was a complete dick the whole time. . Now, she's saying I need to sign this quit claim deed so she can put the loan in her name. Is this normal? Is this a ploy to kick me out of inheritance? Or is it actually needed for her to do a quit claim deed to get the loan so that I can inherit? Apparently my grandpa's name was the only one on it , and if she doesn't get it in hers then it would go to the state if she died is what she's saying. . . I'm I'm kentucky, she's in Georgia, dad and grandpa passed In Nov '23, and I just don't want her to fuck me over for life and sell my childhood home and sign all my inheritance over to my aunt and cousin. (It might sound mean to only care about that rn but if you knew her you'd get it. After all that abuse, I need something to set me up in life after being fucked over the way I have.
