Neighbor “stalking”??
I always get home from work around 11 pm and a noise ordinance is set to be quiet starting at 10 pm. My Chewy delivery was put at the mailbox and the bag of cat litter opened in it and a bit of it spilled on the carpet (the tiniest bit!). Since it was past the quiet time I couldn’t bring out my vacuum so I did my best sweeping it up but of course couldn’t get everything off the carpet. I swept it to the point where you wouldn’t be able to notice it unless you were feeling around on the carpet. I was planning to vacuum it in the morning before work (when of course quiet time is over) and my neighbor left a very sarcastic note on my door. I’m a young woman, so a little anxious about my safety I got a ring camera and noticed someone pacing my front door and taking video and pictures of it. I left a note on my door mat and lo and behold she walks up to my door again (caught on the ring) and starts weirdly waving at the camera. I had my boyfriend with me so I opened the door and asked her to stop coming by my front door. She tells me she will leave as many notes and take as many pictures of my front door that she wants. I told her if I see her taking pictures/video of my front door and/or leaving notes I will contact the police. She told me to go ahead and do that and that nothing will happen because I’m an “entitled bitch”. What should I do?
