Nyc Protection Order Help

Location: NYC I’m dealing with an abnormal level of cyberbullying. It’s not the type to “just get over it”. It’s not a petty family fight. It’s real harassment. I have a TPO but they violated it. Started calling me (with pic attached and full name) a pedophile, sex offender, sex abuser, sexual predator, engage in bestiality and zoophilia with a dog (a dog I named after my grandma), crackhead, paragraphs just berating me, crackhead, ghetto, liar, etc it’s been ongoing since September. During court in Dec the defendant was so erratic when I was not even speaking, I was being told to shut up. I had perfect etiquette. I emailed clerk can she please just let me know she’s aware I had great court room etiquette so I don’t have anxiety / panic over being associated with my cousin’s erratic behavior. I emailed a few times. Never got an answer. Daily had anxiety over it. The clerk then emails my financial disclosure form to the defendant / my cousin. She posts it and says disgusting things. I then ask the clerk to please apologize so I can trust her not to make an error. She writes back with caps. It was so rude and degrading. I haven’t been able to find an attorney because I’m so fried from the bullying. I emailed asking what to do to move my case to another referee. Ignored again. I didn’t trust clerk with my forms. She called the police on me when I wasn’t even doing anything and told them to escort me out, I then reported the clerk of court for misconduct. What can I say to have my case adjourned to another day? I don’t feel safe with that courtroom. I don’t feel it will be fair for me. Please help I’m so scared. I can’t take much more of this online abuse.

Has anyone seen a pro se win a 2 year PO? The defamatory statements are clearly some of the most disgusting things. I’m a dog nanny so the sex stuff alone has had me physically ill.
