Ohio Cannabis Use
I am a disabled medical marijuana user in Lima Ohio, I smoke no more than once a day and usually not even every day (on average 3 times a week), in the evening, in my backyard about 50-100 feet to the nearest person, a neighbor that is about 100 feet away from us threatened to call the police on us for smoking on private property because she says she can smell it, which I do find hard to believe given the distance, the wind was blowing the other way, and we had just started. I live with a Parkinsonian movement disorder and extreme insomnia due to chronic pain caused by several fractured bones that healed poorly resulting it CRPS type 1. I can’t smoke inside due to my pets and family members. She has been known to harass our neighbors on a number of accounts lodging false or exaggerated complaints against them, I just need help to figure this out as for my pain management my only other option was opioids as every other form of therapy either didn’t work or I don’t have nearly enough money to access them. There is no HOA where I live and we have a fenced backyard. Location: Allen county, lima Ohio.
