Other Parent Moved To A Different City With Kids And Was Not Planning On Telling Me. Do I Have A Good Case?

Hi all I need some advice. I just got a great opportunity with a 40k pay raise that would substantially change mine and my kids life. It is about 7 hours away and I reached out to my kids dad to see if I could modify our custody arrangement. Currently we are two weeks on two weeks off. Well during that conversation of him telling me no I can’t have them for the whole school year and him for breaks he let slip he’s already moved to a city 35 min away and wasn’t planning on telling me. In our custody agreement we had we must notify each other or any moves and address the kids would be living at. He still has not given me the address and stopped responding. I’m wanting to go for full custody and based on the fact that even though our time is shared equally I am still the main provider and take care of all school related things. He doesn’t even know their doctors names or location. I have no money yet for a lawyer (yet, but will with this opportunity)and would need to represent myself.
