Passed Out At A Party, Woke Up To Some Girl I've Never Met Sucking My Dick

Location: California

I was at a house party a few days ago with some people I would barely call friends. We drank a lot and I ended up passing out in the guest bed (I rarely drink). I woke up a couple hours later to some girl from the party (looked my age, mid-20s or slightly older) giving me oral (my dick was limp but she was still trying). A couple of the guys were in the doorway watching this and laughed when I woke up. I freaked out and kicked at her (ended up kicking her in the face) and they got really mad and kicked me out, I had to take an Uber home. I'm gay btw and had never seen this girl in my life, I had zero interest in sleeping with her and have no idea what happened. I'm still processing this and feel like I want to take legal action. What options do I have
