Prenup/protection From His Ex Wife

Hi,

I am going to be marrying my fiance next year. This is my first marriage, and his second. We have been together for 2 years.

What things should I consider adding to a prenup?
I want a good idea of what to ask for before I secure an attorney. I am honestly less worried about a divorce, and more worried about what would happen if he were to pass or if someone were to sue him/his ex wife. I’m also concerned with the child support situation as his ex wife is very money greedy. She doesn’t work, therefore every penny he gets in a raise becomes a raise for her.

For context, I am the breadwinner. He makes ~$80k a year.
I make $250k a year. I own the home we live in, I have a 401k of my own, savings, over $100k in a brokerage account.

Here’s where things get complicated…

He divorced 8 years ago and the decree stated his ex wife was to refinance or assume their mortgage. There was no timeline in the decree. Since I’ve been in the picture, I’ve been harassed endlessly by both her and her mother. This has included how she states she’s going to “ruin” my life financially. She said although she knows I can’t be calculated for child support, I can cause him to pay more to her since my income will now be part of the household income. She’s also told me she will go after everything I own should something happen to him, since our marital property would be part of his estate. She’s also threatened to not pay her mortgage so that it will affect his credit/our ability to buy things jointly.

What can I put into a prenup to protect me from her? And also from any expenses related to his 2 kids? We plan on having separate finances completely until his youngest is 18, then we will each have separate accounts as well as a joint account.
