Said Somthing That Could Be Considered A Threat Of Violence On A Recorded Line.
Location: Florida
For the past few weeks, I have been going to my local walmart to buy baby formula. Today when I went to buy more for my 5 month old . I noticed the cans looked a little dusty. When I checked the expiration date, all the cans had already expired a year ago. (November 2025)
When I got home, I looked at the can I had on my counter and saw it also expired in December of 2025.
I was so angry as I realized the formula I've been buying from this walmart for the last month had expired, and my child had been drinking it.
I tried to request a refund online as im a walmart + member and express a full audit of the baby food section at this location needs to be requested by the corporate office ASAP. After waiting over an hour for a customer support manager to join the text chat in the app, the session expired, and the chat ended without any resolution.
So now im even more pissed off and ended up calling the general walmart customer number. While explaining the situation and requesting a audit . I said if I ever went back to that location and found baby food products that had expired for almost a year that I would take them and throw them at the general managers, and im wondering if I can and will get in trouble for this. I generally have no intention of any form of conflict, I was just so mad thinking about what could possibly happen in the upcoming future due to feeding my child this formula.
