Schizophrenic Stalker

Location: Tennessee

I have had a stalker since 2022; he is schizophrenic. He has prior altercations of breaking and entering along with stalking and abuse with other women, and he is incredibly unstable. I’m a massive fixation for this person in the sense of he says I attack and abuse him, I hack his social media accounts creating posts that are incredibly unsettling. He claims that I brainwash him into doing things all the way up to “we are meant to be together, it’s Destiny”and He will “find his way back to me and We will get married” etc.
I acquired an order of protection that forbid him from contacting anything or anyone that involves me, but the issue in Tennessee is the protection order only lasts for a year. I let it expire last year because I hadn’t been harassed by him for over a year.
Once the order expired, he obsessively contacted me, he used my likeness in posts, attacking my character, saying I was selling children, I was captured and sexually trafficked, he claimed I was brainwashing him, and manipulating him into killing his family and he even wrote posts on Facebook pretending to be me on his personal accounts of vile things.
He reached out to me on six different platforms, each one I blocked he found a different way to contact me.
Someone please help me with some legal advice of what I can do to never have to deal with this person again, and never have to file another order of protection.
Additionally, when I reported this with the police, they updated me about how they contacted the offenders family and the father had told the officer that the offender threatens to murder he and his wife if they try to evict him (the offender lives with them). So I would like to know if I could do something to get him committed to a permanent mental health residence?
I am very afraid and I genuinely need help. I need to renew my order of protection this month otherwise I know he’s gonna find me. Someone please help me not have to do this every year. Someone please help me not have to be afraid all the time.
