Sexual Harrassment At Work
Location: Maine
Hi, for context, I'm a woman and my manager is too. My manager approached me unprompted and started talking about doing an OnlyFans type of social media page or inappropriate calendar to sell at the shop. This idea is obviously going nowhere, but it made me extremely uncomfortable. She started describing the type of outfit I should wear and talking about the naked photos she's sent to guys in the past. I went along with the conversation because I didn't want to come off as rude. I've had issues with this manager retaliating and making passive aggressive comments when our boss has to talk to her about her behavior. She makes general remarks about people being snitches.
I feel like I don't have ground to stand on because I went along with the conversation. I want to tell her that it made me uncomfortable, but I know she will start making comments to herself in my general vicinity.
Do I have any sort of case for a lawsuit for sexual harrassment?
Edit to add context: There is no HR at my company. My boss is HR and this manager has been at the company for over 20 years.
