Should I Call The Police On My Dad?

Location: Connecticut. I think my dad may be a potential child predator. His relationship with my younger sisters is making me really uncomfortable and I’m scared that he may be harming them now or in the future. Usually, I either witness or hear him slapping my sisters butt, make them give him a small kiss on the lips, making comment about their ‘chichis’ (boobs), ‘lonjas’ (belly fat), ‘potaso’???? (big butt) or ‘Chupie???’ (Their vagina), sometimes touching their private parts. One time, I witnessed him slapping her down there while she was laying on the bed after giving her a shower. There’s this one younger sister who he gives this kind of attention to the most and she acts really weird around him, like making these weird moans and telling him to touch her like slapping her butt.

I keep on calling my dad’s behavior out to him and my mom, but they won’t listen and I think they think it’s hater behavior. This kind of behavior happened again just a few hours ago and I told my mom to tell shut him up (my room’s next to my parents bedroom and bathroom, so I’m constantly hearing him) and she got defensive. I don’t have that much evidence, I feel like I’m the only one in my family who’s noticing this, and I’m scared the police will let him go and my relatives will hate me.
