Sold My Car To My Friend And Now They Wont Pay Me

I sold a formerly close friend my car sometime fall of last year. We agreed they would pay me $100 a week until we reached $2500 for complete payment. i haven't been paid in two weeks and the past month or so they've only been sending $50 each week. they have no job, and said they will pay me when they get one, with no timeframe or indication of paying what's past owed. i understand not having a job, but i'm well aware that this person has other forms of income. they have currently paid $1170 out of $2500. i dont think they have any intention of paying the other $1330.
- the car is in their name. i know it was a stupid decision on my part, but they claimed it would be for insurance purposes. now considering the situation, i find that hard to believe.
-all i'm wondering is, is this able to be taken to small claims court? if it is viable for small claims court, is it even worth my time? would it be possible to simply get the car put back in my name?
if anyone from TN sees this post and has had a similar experience, would you be willing to share what your court costs were?
