Surprise Court And Mistaken Identity

TL;DR I found a subpoena in my bushes for court in another state tomorrow morning regarding a child's protective custody. It looks like they picked me because of a similar name to the father. Next steps?

I haven't been home for a couple of days, and when I returned this afternoon, I found a UPS envelope in the bushes in front of my house. Inside was a subpoena for me to appear in court in Philadelphia tomorrow morning, but I live in the midwest. I'm not sure it's even possible for me to be there at this point. The subpoena is for me to testify on my own behalf regarding a dependency petition. I did confirm that the listed issued by is an actual attorney working in Philadelphia's child welfare.

I looked at the petition, and I'm certain I do not know any of these people. The child's reported father and I have the same last name, and our first name is only different by one letter. When I purchased my house, there was a typo on the deed that I had corrected immediately after, but I think that's how they connected the two of us. In the case history also included, it says the child reported the family has been incarcerated since 2014, but the court has been unable to find any criminal record or locate him in the prison population. FWIW, I have never been incarcerated, and there is 0% chance I am this child's father. Places on the paperwork for Father say "[other name] aka [my name]", and my address. They also included updated case information, where they "corrected" the father's name, address, and DoB to mine as well.

So now, what do I do? I can't go to court, so they might issue a bench warrant. I'm in the middle of selling my house, and I have no idea if this could impact closing. I don't want this kid to think I'm actually his father because of some clerks mistake. If the father does pop up again, I don't want this mistake to prevent him from finding his kid.
