Title: [az] Can My Legal Guardian Require Me To Leave Her Home On The Exact Day I Turn 18?

I’m 17 and live in Arizona. My aunt is my court-appointed legal guardian, and I currently live with her. I do not pay rent because I’m a minor and she is my legal guardian.
My aunt has told me that I have to move out on the exact day I turn 18. I turn 18 on the 19th of this month.
I am not trying to stay with her long-term. I want to move out and get my own apartment. The problem is that the apartment I’m trying to rent will not allow me to submit an application until I am 18. Once I can apply, the application can take several days to be processed and approved. I obviously can’t guarantee that I’ll have the apartment approved and be able to move in on the same day I turn 18.
I’ve tried contacting legal aid. Southern Arizona Legal Aid’s intake process referred me to the Pima County Bar Association, and I’ve left them a voicemail but haven’t spoken to an attorney yet.
My questions are:
Can my aunt legally require me to be completely out of the home on the exact day I turn 18?
Does the fact that she is my court-appointed guardian change anything about how this works?
Since I’ve been living in the home continuously, could I have any tenant/residency rights even though I don’t pay rent?
If she can require me to leave, is there a required notice period or legal process she has to follow?
Is there anything I should do before I turn 18 to protect myself or make sure I have enough time to transition into my own apartment?
Again, I’m not trying to avoid moving out. I’m actively trying to get my own place. I’m just concerned about being required to leave before I can legally apply for and obtain housing.
I have my birth certificate and Social Security information, and I work and have income. I can provide more details if they’re relevant.
