Tpo For A False Stalking Claim

My husband‘s affair partner/girlfriend has filed a civil stocking charge against me that includes a temporary protection order. Her entire police report is one big lie/exaggeration/speculation. The court date is upcoming. I do have an attorney(yes I have filed for divorce), I just haven’t had the chance to ask about this yet. Plus, I always like to get a second opinion if I can. I am pretty confident this will be dismissed? But it has caused me so much stress and mental anguish, especially being freshly postpartum. I just went back to work and now I have to take off of work for the court date. I also hold a professional license that I am concerned this will affect. What are the chances that I could either get a permanent protection order against her for myself and my child? Prove bad faith? Malicious intent? Emotional distress? Perjury? Defamation? Moral Turpitude? ANYTHING?

To be clear, I am not asking this to just be petty and get back at her. She can have him! I am worried she is going to continue to pull things like this and I would like to just shut it down before my divorce starts. I have never been involved in anything like this before and I have absolutely zero legal experience. Also, I do have serious safety concerns for my child in regard to my husband‘s recent dive into serious substance abuse.(Yes, I have been documenting the crap out of EVERYTHING and filed for certain things to protect my kid). Clearly this woman does not give a f#%k about my kid. She is manipulating my husband and enabling his addiction. Honestly I am about to enter a, probably nasty, divorce and just want to be prepared and have anything I can to use against him. I also really want to protect myself and my child from his girlfriend as she does not seem to have good intent/morals.
