Uber Accident

I got an Uber to go get my haircut and it was going along as expected until out of nowhere my Uber driver slammed on his brakes and slammed me against the seatbelt. He immediately started cussing at whatever he saw going on behind us, mid conversation this dude goes from 45mph to zero because the guy behind was coming up on him too fast (his words not mine). They guy he brake checked came around us and side swiped my driver. The driver that hit us kept going so my uber driver gave chase and the kept blocking each other in a dance with 2 cars that lasted about a half mile throwing me all over the backseat. The vehicle that hit my uber pulled into a Publix and got out of his truck at which point my driver and I were already on the phone with 911 and my uber driver started screaming to the dispatcher about the guy that hit him having a gun and being drunk and threatening him all while I’m in the backseat like wtf because he most definitely did not have a gun and didn’t seem to be drunk. After everyone gets off the phone they start cussing each other and my driver gets out and asks “Hey man you cool with the gun story?” I said “Hell no man, idk you like that and I’m just trying to get a ride to get my haircut.”. Then Uber charges me for all the time I spent sitting in the parking lot dealing with this because my driver didn’t cancel the trip, so an 8 mile drive where I got into an accident cost me $60. This happened just a couple hours ago and I’m not sure what I should do moving forward.
