Was This Coercion?

Hello all, I am 21. Location: Pennsylvania. Recently I had a mental health crisis and went to a mental hospital. I released myself on a 72 hour notice (as is my right as a patient in that facility) because I realized I was missing too much school (currently in college). When I returned, I recieved an email from the head of Student Wellness asking for confirmation that I did not go AMA from the hospital and furthermore wanted to meet with me. I explained that I could provide the letter later that day. She still wanted the meeting so I went. She started by telling me I was still in crisis because I had intrusive thoughts and was overall talking down to me until I cried. I ended up raising my voice at her and immediately apologizing. She told me that my access to my dorm and the campus buildings was now revoked, and if she could she would send me to the mental hospital again under a 302. She then told me that if I put her on my release forms for my psychiatrist she wouldn't send me to the hospital and likely my access to my dorm room would be reimplemented. I was a sobbing mess still so I agreed despite not wanting to. My question is, was this a type of coercion? And do I have the right to safely take her off my information release forms?
