What Could I Do

Only made this account to be separate from my main but I would like to know what I could do about getting emancipated with this info, both my mom and dad are narcissists and argue constantly, my dad has gotten physical multiple times with my mom before and has a bit of a history for it from his records, I would love to move out and be somewhere I can feel more as my self and not just struggling through mental health to get out of this hell hole so I can be free finally, I would like for a sibling of mine to be my legal guardian, I do not have a job which I plan on to, just unsure when since both parents aren’t the type to mention something until last minute, I have also not graduated yet, my mom has lied to my dad for multiple years that I have done online school work (homeschool) when I really haven’t since I will admit I used to be a bit of a brat when it came to that type of stuff, but my mom never bothered forcing me to do it and neglected it and lied on the fourms (or what ever it’s called), my sibling will be getting a apartment some time soon and will be moving to a different state, me and my girlfriend are both very suspicious that I may have autism but are unsure and I plan on getting diagnosed, which I would like to know if that could add onto anything if a case were to be made, this house hold is taking a serious toll on my mental health as i feel like I’m running on what ever I have left to get out of this house, any help or suggestions are really appreciated and thank you.
